Learning Card

 Document your findings after a test session with users. 

Why use this?

The Learning Card is the companion to the Test Card. It will help you sum up your findings and translate them into insights and action points. 

How to use it

Make sure to fill out one more Test Card(s) before doing the tests. The idea is to fill in one Learning Card per Test Card. 

After you have observed how users interact with your product, fill in one or more Learning Cards with:

1. Hypothesis: we believed that… [same as in the corresponding Test Card]
2. Observation: we observed…
3. Learning and insights: from that we learned that…
4. Decisions and actions: therefore, we will…

You can print the Learning Card or fill it in digitally.
